December 11, 201213 yr Commercial Member Whoever requested the Manual Ordering of Camera Views, its arrived in the form of Beta Version 2.70.7. :good: I would also advise non-beta users to upgrade to the latest Release Version 2.70.6 which includes the improved 'friendly GRIB winds' option along with a small fix that now makes sure your specified Destination and Alternate METARs are no more than 15 minutes out of date when you land. Best regards to you all, Stephen

December 11, 201213 yr We use the standard FSX Mouse Look feature. Regards Stephen :-) Mouse look is fine, but I like middle mouse move so I can slide around the cabin on a whim.
December 11, 201213 yr Commercial Member Live Camera Control upgrade is already planned for next year. Anyway you already can slide and move about the cockpit at a whim with the standard mouse look. Regards Stephen
December 12, 201213 yr Author Whoever requested the Manual Ordering of Camera Views, its arrived in the form of Beta Version 2.70.7. :good: I would also advise non-beta users to upgrade to the latest Release Version 2.70.6 which includes the improved 'friendly GRIB winds' option along with a small fix that now makes sure your specified Destination and Alternate METARs are no more than 15 minutes out of date when you land. Best regards to you all, Stephen Yeh, way to go - that was me. I'm no longer getting the default view in between changes, but I am getting a 'stutter' between changing views. Just thought you'd like to know. Windows 10 (x64) - X-Plane 11 - M/B: Asus ROG Maximus IX Hero - CPU: i7 7700k (@5.0GHz) - RAM: 32Gb Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 @ 3200MHz - Video: GTX1080ti - Cooling: Custom water loop (EK 140 Revo D5 pump/res combo, EK EVO CPU block, EK XE360 Rad)
December 13, 201213 yr Commercial Member Hi Phil Try adjusting your transition speed to see if that gets rid of the stutter, also we have made another adjustment which will be posted in the next beta. It takes a bit of tweaking to get everything right for the variety of different FSX systems out there. Regards Cheryl
December 14, 201213 yr Author Bit of a pathetic request really, BUT.... Having now made the list manually adjustable, is it possible to have it so that dropping past the last cam view in the list at the bottom, it then rolls back over to the first in the list? When there's a shed load of vies, it would help;-) Windows 10 (x64) - X-Plane 11 - M/B: Asus ROG Maximus IX Hero - CPU: i7 7700k (@5.0GHz) - RAM: 32Gb Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 @ 3200MHz - Video: GTX1080ti - Cooling: Custom water loop (EK 140 Revo D5 pump/res combo, EK EVO CPU block, EK XE360 Rad)
December 14, 201213 yr Commercial Member We will have a look at that, thanks for the suggestion. Regards Cheryl Sounds like a good idea,... Added to the 'to do' list. Cheers Stephen :-)
December 15, 201213 yr trying to follow up the upgrade instructions so I dont mess it up, so how do I remove the current version without deleting the opus folder? do I just uninstall from the control panel? ZORAN
December 15, 201213 yr Commercial Member Hi Zoran Yes, just uninstall via the Windows Control Panel in the usual manner, Windows will only remove those files that were installed leaving your DAT and CAM files. Regards Stephen
December 15, 201213 yr LOL I knew I would stuff it up. .net framework error, method not found "Boolean ZORAN
December 15, 201213 yr Commercial Member Hi Zoran You could try downloading an installing again. I assume you only uninstalled OpusFSX and not anything else to do with FSX or dotnetfx framework etc. Stephen
December 15, 201213 yr yes just opus . I uninstall in control panel, then install upgrade, then open opus fsx folder, then click on opus fsx server and thats when the error turns up have already re installed a few times. one thing though, fsx is on E drive and Opus is on C drive. But this combo worked okay before. ZORAN
