November 24, 201213 yr I can't wait for this plane. I guarantee this thing will drop when my fiancee finally arrives in the country. Great way to start our lives together. Dylan Charles "The aircraft G-limits are only there in case there is another flight by that particular airplane. If subsequent flights do not appear likely, there are no G-limits."

November 24, 201213 yr I am so ready for this aircraft now!!! What happens if the left IDG fails during climb? - Luke Pabari
November 24, 201213 yr What happens if the left IDG fails during climb? If the Integrated Drive Generator fails the backup generator, driven directly from the engine gearbox, will connect to power the left electrical bus. November 24, 201213 yr But what if you have an engine out? The bus-ties will automatically close transferring the load to the right gen/electrical bus. Then you could fire up the APU before returning to your takeoff airport(if weather permits) or diverting to another suitable alternate. Sadly my iPad wont allow me to put an emotion; just picture one in that head of yours (-; Automatic and Backup are key words to describe the 777's Electrical System - everyone should have a read on it; it's an extremely smart aircraft. I know I'll be doing a lot of non-normal things to see if PMDG implemented them! - Luke Pabari
November 24, 201213 yr One is correct, one is ready! Sadly my iPad wont allow me to put an emotion; just picture one in that head of yours (-; I just finished reading a book on the t7(in prep for the PMDG one) which I found very interesting and not to hard to understand. http://www.amazon.com/Flying-The-Big-Jets-Edition/dp/1840371897?tag=duckduckgo-d-20. It covered the principles of flight, basic navigation, weather and all the systems of the aircraft. It than takes you on a flight form LHR to BOS with a BA 777 explaining procedures, oceanic clearances and a whole load of other stuff.
