November 30, 201213 yr I have the same thing with my 22 inch Acer monitor, panning around refreshes the edges of the screen and it goes away. It's an annoyance, but nothing really serious. My computer: ABS Gladiator Gaming PC featuring an Intel 10700F CPU, EVGA CLC-240 AIO cooler (dead fans replaced with Noctua fans), Asus Tuf Gaming B460M Plus motherboard, 16GB DDR4-3000 RAM, 1 TB NVMe SSD, EVGA RTX3070 FTW3 video card, dead EVGA 750 watt power supply replaced with Antec 900 watt PSU.
November 30, 201213 yr Glad I'm not the only one that has the problem. I only really notice it along the top when looking around it will flicker. Switching between external and internal usually clears it up. Same here.
November 30, 201213 yr Panning around if I'm in the vc gets rid of it for me, once you pan a certain distance you should see the lines go away. Rich David Andrew - desert based - a330/350 rated.
