Apologies ifmthis has been posted but did search but couldn't find my answer.

Is the 777 documentation available on ipad or is it just paper copies they send you

I realise that the pdfs are released with the aircraft but would love to read stuff and get ahead before it gets released

Cheers

You can buy the manuals now, but they are only available in hard copies.

It's possible to download PDF files to your iPad once the T7 is out.

I use Dropbox, but I heard its possible to drag them straight to iTunes.

There's also a nifty site that provides manuals in detil, for a variety of airliners,

I've managed to find one for the triple 7.

They are downloadable in PDF.

As mentioned, PDFs can be placed on and read on the iPad. You just won't be able to do it until the plane comes out.

And I will forever laugh heartily at the unfortunate URL shortening of SmartCockpit.com...

 :LMAO:

I have all the ones off http://www.smartcockpit.com/plane/BOEING/B777.html and just created a folder "777 Manuals" in the Adobe reader app. That website has all the information about the 777 you need for the time being. I have the Emirates FCOM & QRH which I'm using :-)

This, Notability, Adobe's own Reader app etc all work. It's very easy to get PDFs onto an iPad, I do it all the time with mine.

I recently bought a new IPad, and use it to view PDF files. I download the file to my computer, drag it to ITunes (to the "Books" section), and sync my IPad to ITunes. There's probably an easier way, perhaps someone here can chime in.

I download the things I need like manuals and stuff and sync with iPad or iPhone via dropbox. Fast an easy ;-)

You can use dropbox; sign up here https://www.dropbox.com/

and get an account, then run the installer to get it on your PC. Then go to the AppStore on your iPad and get it as well, totally free.

When you install it on your PC you get a dropbox folder, and anything that goes into there is automatically synced to your iPad
