December 11, 201213 yr Moderator That's just too darn fast to be fun. I remember back in the early to mid sixties spending hours at the local slot-car track, along with most of my modest allowance. Even then though I thought the speeds were rediculously fast (300+ scale MPH)... Until I had to disassemble my own "HO Empire" invariably the first question any visitor asked was "Can't those trains go any faster?" :blush: Then I would show the visitor the view from inside one of the trains cabs and they'd comment "Oh, now I can see what you've tried to explain.
