Who else uses real world Schedules when flying FSX?

Featured Replies

I posted this in the Hanger Chat but got no response so figured I would give it a shot here and am mistified that I might be the only FSX flyer who has a collection of these.

If you are like me you enjoy flying real world routes, even if they are with defunct airlines.

I have a large collection of PDF time tables I have downloaded over the years. Many are available on the various airline sites.

What is rare is getting defunct airline PDF time tables. At this link you will find a few I have uploaded...

Among them:

ATA 2008

Continental 2011

Hamburg International 08/09

NWA 2010

Sky Europe 2007

USA 3000 2009

and a TuiFly from 2007 (they do not post PDF files any longer so I included it).

Anyone else have any they would like to share? I was looking for LTU, JetsGo, Aloha, Canada 3000/Royal Airlines, ZIP, Mexicana and so on. But any list you have would be cool.

I fly for a VA that operates using real schedules, both past and present. Kind of cool, and prevents me from always flying at the same time of day.

I never really do any 'off-the-bat' flights anymore. I fly for two VAs, one of which runs exactly the same schedule as a big British airline.

Now, do you have any old PDF time tables?

Al Stiff

No, never been tempted to fly real world schedules or routes. Then again I tend to fly either BizJets / Bushplanes .. .. ..

There is a web site called retro AI that has ai flight plans for old airlines. You can import the plans into ultimate traffic 2 and then print out a pdf of the time tables from them.

I do not fly according to real-world schedules, but fly identical legs at the same time each day. Each route in a cycle is sequenced chronologically based on geography. For example, in my Central European cycle, LSGG–EGKK follows LSZH–LSGG, which follows LOWW–LSZH.
