I'm pretty sure it is, but they're currently working on a v2, so I'd rather wait for that one, as it's probably graphically even better and maybe systems-wise, too(I don't know that for sure, since the only PMDG plane I have in use is the MD-11, the only other I own is the JS41).

If you are out to get more PMDG addons I would buy the MD-11 and the J41, then T7 and 747v2 when they are released.

 

I have 90 hours in the MD-11 now, after getting a bit tired of only NGX flying, and it is a fantastic simulation of an awsome plane. Only 200 or so was built and because it is a niche plane, my guess is that noboby will ever make a simulation of MD-11, at least one that will match PMDG's.
