These VC shots are really promising. I wonder how they will model the systems and all these new features of the glass in the 787. As one can see the ground chart of an airport on the F/O ND, I hope that a lot of these features will be simulated!

Looks amazing, but would be nice to include Airport fire trucks with it, otherwise its gonna go up in smoke, or melt into the tarmac.

Looks like another developer is jumping on the fingerprints-on-cockpit-displays bandwagon!

That's funny because Jacob Kubique, the virtual cockpit designer for QualityWings, actually did it first about 5 years ago when the POSKY 777 came out.

Really? The POSKY golden age was before I was even introduced to FSX. My examples were mainly PMDG and Milviz.

Your name seemed familiar, so I opened YouTube, searched, and found a match in one of my subscriptions. If you are indeed the owner of GatwickSpotting, I love your videos, and please make more!

That's understandable. I think what you may also be referring to is the use of specular maps to enhance the dynamic feel of the dust/fingerprints; the NGX has done it the best so far IMO. Also I am the owner of that YT channel, but there's some rather sad people who didn't like it so attempted to sabotage it (lol). So I kinda lost interest and time for it.

I sure hope they make it realistic. I want the battery's to catch on fire when sitting on the ground.

hahahahaha....You beat me to it.....And, please add the fuel leak, as well. ..Hey funny; but not funny. :LMAO:

They were probably just jealous. It's too bad that many outstanding real-world aviation channels are disappearing, some due to tightening aviation security policies. Last year, we effectively lost two of the best real-world cockpit filmmakers: Air Timbuktu and Baixado e Travado.

There may have been more, but I have so many subscriptions that it is difficult to keep track of all of them. I only recently found out about Air Timbuktu. I was searching for the channel via the YouTube search box, expecting to find a direct link, only to feel a sinking feeling when all I found was a tribute to his channel. . . .

Wow, man I can't wait for this bird! :Applause: QW: go for it--shoot the Moon on this one!
