REX Problem

Featured Replies

When using REX in flight sim I keep getting a popup from FSX that said " FSX has failed to load the weather" or something along thoes lines....but rex still sucessfully injects the weather, I guess my question is, how do i get that message to stop popping up?

are you using the REX weather engine, or just downloading it through the sim using Real World Weather?

My rex account wont let me post anything for some reason.

Might be your firewall blocking the weather engine connecting to the internet to download the data , you will get Rex clouds etc even if you don't use the weather engine. I had that problem last year.

My rex account wont let me post anything for some reason.

Perhaps contact Tim (REX dev) via PM here at Avsim. Or try Reed. They may be able to help you on accessing their forums, which then means that the actual support can take place. Or maybe you even find some tips from reading the support topics over at REX' after being verified.

I have replied to your PM. Please contact me at t_fuchs AT realenvironmentxtreme DOT COM for any other issues you experience in trying to access the forum. Your account was never validated, the email probably made it to your spam folder.
