I live 5-10mins away from CYUL and let me tell you: holy cow it looks real and awesome

From the screenshots it looks very close the real thing. Great airport to fly to if you are looking for challenging weather in winter. Unfortunately I have spent far too many hours there trying to get home in bad weather with my aircraft unable to come in. Anybody know how this performs in DX10 ?

Will the sceneries run on DirectX 10 or 11 Graphics cards?

Yes. When we list compatibility for DX9 and DX10 this refers to the mode in which FSX is running, not to the capabilities of your Graphics card or the DirectX version installed on your computer. So even if you purchased a Graphics card with a DX11 sticker, FSX will run in DX9 mode, which is the default setting and preferable by most accounts. The Setting in question is labeled "Preview DirectX 10" and should remain disabled since it is an unfinished Preview (Beta) implementation from 2007. If you do have this Setting enabled for whatever reasons, be aware that our sceneries will not work properly, especially at night time.

 

Perhaps it's better to ask in their Forums before purchasing.

Great FPS running in FSX! PMDG 747 3d cockpit view parked in a gate at night, i took 25fps. Smooth as usual flytampa sceneries!

Does using FlyTampa CYUL scenery affect FSX default city scenery of Montreal or does it leave the FSX default Montreal city alone?

The FS2004 scenery covers a tiny bit of area around the airport, but leaves the main city as it is. I presume it's the same in FSX.

Nice shots of the new airport. Dont really care for the cloud set being used as they look harsh and unnatural (REX?) against the sky, otherwise well done shots.
