February 17, 201313 yr Ladies and gentlemen: As the title indicates, I had a teriffic experience today with PMDG. I'll be as brief as I can. My J41 became a problem - some of the panels quit working. After reading what seemed like hundreds of posts, and trying some suggestions from their support website, I had no luck. SO finally, frustrated, I submitted a help ticket - late Friday. I had an aswer EARLY Saturday morning - SATURDAY!!! It didn't help. I answered some questions and replied back. Later on Saturday, I got a reply back. It provided a link and told me to follow the link, and one of their technicians would come into my computer and see if he could find the problem. I had business for the remainder of Sat. and didn't log into email until Sunday morning. I saw the email, and attempted to log into their site. To my wonderful surprise, I found a technician ready and willing to help me - again I emphasize on SUNDAY. Long story short, after nearly 2 hours of the tech in my computer, he got the problem resolved. We did so many things, I don't know what the problem really was, but it is fixed. So why am I taking valuable space in this forum? Because I want all of you to know what a wonderful company PMDG is. THis guy wpent 2 hours with me. Apparently they are not so nearly worried about profits as they are customer satisfaction. WOW - what a frsh experience. SO I encourage all of you - my buddies to support PMDG to whatever extent you can. THey could have just blown me off - but rather, the dedicated tech stayed with me, dedicated to getting me fixed up. Refreshing. The technician's name was RYAN. I have his last name, but out of courtesy to him won't post it. Thank you Ryan. Thank you PMDG. Count on my continued business, and hopefully that of my fellow simmers. February 17, 201313 yr Welcome to AVSIM! I (and many others) too appreciate PMDG's standard-setting professionalism and quality. Perhaps you are referring to Ryan "Tabs" Maziarz, a popular and prominent AVSIM community member?
February 18, 201313 yr You might want to remove your email address from this thread mate, unless you want a plague of spam to come your way (Spambots) I agree though, PMDG have been awesome too with fixing a 737NGX.DLL problem that kept crashing my NGX... February 18, 201313 yr I too have had the same world class service from them when my PDMG 747-400X went on the blink. (due to my own configuration prowess, or err lack thereof) Besides that, their products are among the best imho.
February 19, 201313 yr Ryan and Paul were both a big help to me. And at night and on the weekends as well.
