Fsx as stress therapy

I'm not sure. Sometimes my neck gets stiff after using TIR for a while.

But I do like to escape to the computer.

For me it is a love/hate relationship.

When flying and everything runs smooth FSX is a great stress relief. Very immersive. When parked at the gate I almostt spit out the window.

If FSX is acting finicky it has me pulling my hair out.

It can go either way...

Like many here, I have a job that takes up mos of my weekday time, somewhere in excess of 70 hours if I was counting.... I work as a financial analyst as a manager which has it's fair share of stress- so FSX is a welcome relief to me, some nights I am lucky to get more than 20 minutes out of FSX, but it sure feels good to "fly" on the PC instead of looking at numbers all day...... As a licensed pilot I know all about checklists and procedures, but sometimes just to "kick the tyres" and fly is real fun....

Good thread...
