Oh yeah! Loads of panel shots in that baby. Awesome AI you got going on too Ed. Seeing that Evergreen that departed ahead of you made me want to grab my camera and head up to YYZ for some spotting. Just to get my fix!

stunning, as real as gets outside the real plane

What is it about we simmers that we watch these videos and say to ourselves, "That's so cool"?

It must be something planted in my brain from the days my dad used to take me out to the local airport and we'd watch the Connies take off.

Regardless, edetroit, I watched this and thought, "That's so cool."

Thanks for the post.

Just a little skip there.... :P

Great vid, Ed!

I would love to know how to make gauges fit a .bmp like in your forward right/left panel views. Do you skew them somehow?

Thank you all very much for your kind comments!

There are times when you know it would be easier to fly the real thing.
I hand flew the 90 odd degree right turn directly after take off....trying to hold V2+10 going into and holding a right turn (and then climb thrust kicks in) with a Flightsim FDE is no mean feat.

I will do the return flight with a slo' mo' landing in order to regain my uber smooth landing wings.

The forward right/left views have a new set of gauges especially written for them with the required angles and perspective. :Nerd:

That makes sense. I was trying to make it work in FS Panel Studio, but was having no luck. Now I know why!

Thanks, Ed! B)

Well I have shot the return flight LAX/HNL with the slo' mo' landing......BUT!

FSDT sceneries always seem to have problems...... this time sink holes in the runway!

Well actually the opposite.....the ground jumps up!!! ..as can be seen in the video.
