Saint Lucia scenery

Featured Replies

Just a heads-up.

Christian Delblond's rather nice freeware scenery of this Caribbean Islands Hewanorra Intl airport (TLPL) is released today in AVSIM's library.

It does look rather nice!

But I get severe stutters when looking at the terminal buildings... Alpha search didn't find anything.

How are the taxi signs in this scenery? In his last Caribbean scenery (TKPK I think it was) the taxi signs in the scenery were bigger that a Cessna 172!!

Not with my setup mate.

How are the taxi signs

Very visible ... although not as large as you portray.

Joseph thanks for that clue. I searched the library for his other sceneries and downloaded.

Quite impressed almost payware quality and were of airports I had yet to acquire. Success all round.

His sceneries are nice but it's too bad he's using only 8bit textures. There is no reason at all for that.

There is a lot of shimmering too because of missing mipmaps.

It would be nice if he could update his sceneries with properly mipmapped textures in the correct formats.

+1

It would save a lot of work with his sceneries.
