interesting post on fightsim regarding Mindstar aviation ,stating they will be releasing an avionics package including both the Garmin GNS430 and GNS530,suitable for P3d,is this good news or not?

Glad to here this! It is good news.

Most definitely good news. I was the original OP on this. Sorry, couldn't find the P3D forum, as here on AVSIM we are apparently relegated to the "Other Simulators" category.

That was 2011.  I did not see any package for the GNS on their website yet.  However that is good news, because the RXP developer is pretty much gone and provides no support whatsoever.

Indeed it was must be my poor eyesight.  Definitely good news I am looking forward to the release.  A good GNS package is sorely needed in P3D.
