I can see the accelerated spinning in the video is already being noticed as a flaw.  If you look at the scene with the windsock this properly represents the effect, but like any other program the settings can be changed to the end users preference.

Adding "cloud rotation speed" to the UI is on the whiteboard.  I am aiming to make this add-on as scalable and customizeable for the end user. Thnaks for the input guys, believe it or not you all are part of the development team....

Performance is actually pretty good so far, but we are sitting on top of the default cloud system.  I am using transparent PNG's to mask them.  This still creates a performance hit but once we can properly "kill" the default clouds we will see a huge gain.....

FANTASTIC work, I'm just about to take the plunge in XP-10, IMHO XP-10 is the future, I'm waiting to see the new ground texture from Laminar, hoping all of this will be out soon.

Now, talk to me about immersion....keep it on. what I like the most is what you said about simmers, "This is your product not mine, I am bringing you what you want ;) The reason why I perused this project is because, although I mostly lurk, I pay attention to the community and their needs....."

I don't remember the last time I bought a add on for FSX, CC ready for XP-10, bring it on.

My advice to you is to maintain an open mind when adopting XPX, it isn't as plug and play compared to to the MSFS series.  Also the community is differen't IMO.

I already knew that, still the future is with XP-10, I may be wrong but that would be a first...(not according to my wife).

As for the community.....Avsim is nothing but good peoples looking for the truth and ready to help everywhere, and I mean that.

I have noticed that, I don't know why I stayed so distant for so long.......I have gotten a bunch of valuable feedback from this post already....
