On another plane (A320) you can setup the MCDU to display over a webpage so you can put it on your ipad. Will a similar feature be available for the checklists?

Not that I know of, although I did see something in a Beta image....

If you want to put your FMC on an iPad, just use the 'Air Display' app which makes your iPad a 2nd or 3rd monitor.

Since the MFD's are 2D undockables, it should theoretically work.

You could try to stream your PC display to your iPad over the internet with something like splashtop ( http://www.splashtop.com/home ) I guess

To be honest, sounds like it ruins the 'experience' a bit. Much rather use it in the aircraft - you'll see (-;

And only if you run FSX in windowed mode...
