Hehe....in due time....but Lufty keeps their fleet pretty clean from what I've seen, and this one still has the plastic wrap on the crew rest bunks and some serious new-plane smell! :LMAO:

 

Look at the flap tracks, the canoes, the cargo door and tail....soooooo clean.

En route (2.5 hours from touchdown) aboard AMX1 MMMX-LEMD.  Just a little warm up for tomorrow's ACA15 polar flight (CYYZ-VHHH).

On short final EGLL from a milk run from EDDF....I LOVE this bird!  and this paint!

 

 

Sigh...if only I had another computer to paint with while I was enroute...would maximize my time for both, hehe.

Hey John,

Ioan Blidariu created the base textures, I modified the tail.  I'm waiting for permission from him to send the the texture...since the engines and horizontal stab are also on the texture map.

Once I get permission, I'll send it to you.  PM me an address where I can send it to ya.

 

If he doesn't give me permission, I'll probably paint the whole plane myself, as its one of my all time favorites.  I would have done that originally, but Ioan's textures are excellent...and I'm more into flying than painting these days, as I'm sure you are too...I have a few of your Qantas paints in my hangar.  ^_^

I know what you mean about more flying than painting. The only paints I have done recently is updating some repaints I've downloaded.
