How do you manage to get FSX looking that nice without destroying FPS?

It's photoscenery so it's not a burden on you'r CPU or system memory. You could go out in you'r garage and get that old Dell Pentium 4 and put this scenery on it and run at max image quality!

I tried to use TileProxy for photoscenery and it cut my FPS by over 25%, of course that installs as you fly so its different and probably takes up more memory.

This is actually the original MSE California so it's not a program sharing resources with FSX.

Wow!  One of your best sets yet!  The lighting and ambiance is stellar.

Hope to give you a Titan 777 to snap beautiful pics like this of.

Thanks Kevin & Steve!  I just sent you an e-mail Steve.  Hopefully you can nail down the Titan font which is the same at Atlas Air font.  Unfortunately I think the link I sent you is the only ä mock up of the Titan livery as no real world Titan paint jobs exist to the best of my knowledge.  I have faith in your painting magic!!

Hey Chris, wound up making my own font...need to tighten it up a bit, its one of the more tricky things we painters do. You learn all about Leading and Kerning and all sorts of font thingies (that's the technical term).

So the title of this post is "Where is your 777 Now?"  Well...one of them is in the paintshop.

The life of a painter....wishing he had 2 powerful computers so he could paint and fly at the same time.  You think FSX consumes VAS?  Try opening a 4096x12288 PSD file with tons of layers, brings most computers to their knees!

Hey Max, I hear ya....I'm only working with 6gb, and it takes alot to work on the full master, I usually work on the 3 subs if the paint does not have a lot of complex lines that span the fuse.

After my eyes got crossed from staring at the paint too long, I took a short hop in my other new paint...KDFW-KTPA
