Are there any click spots in the VC to open the pop up  CDU's?  I know you can open them with key commands, but that always crashes FSX to desktop for me.  I need this function so I can load the cards.  Otherwise, I have to go to the 2D panel just to do that.  Thanks.

To answer your question, though, click on the screen of the CDU while in the VC and it will pop up.  Clicking on the screen of the 2D CDU will close it.

I'm a tinkerer, honestly.  A lot of the time, I learn by messing around with things and clicking around.  Some people don't like doing that (mostly for fear of doing something wrong I guess).

 

In my years of help desk and teaching people things about computers I've come to the understanding that what some consider obvious is not obvious to all.

My issue is that I cannot move the CDUs around once they have popped up. I'm pretty sure that worked properly during my first couple test flights. Anyone else see this behavior?

Smaller frame to grab onto with those windows...it's there, just much thinner.

Yea, that's what I was talking about....moving them. I move them around when using FSCaptain's FCDU.
