PMDG 787 Dreamliner some day?

Recommended Posts

I think you people that post this month after month are in some kind of cult. Anywho...Because you don't come off as someone with the knowledge of the search function, here..http://qwsim.com/index.php/787-overview

Damn Tapatalk .... I must have wandered into the PMDG forum !

Lol, its true. Search must be the most under used feature of Avsim. They should just remove it since it doesn't appear to be used very often.

As much as I like the idea, it gets old when it comes up over and over again:

http://forum.avsim.net/topic/116609-i-hope-the-787-is-next/

...and those are just the threads with "787" in the title related to asking PMDG to do it...

Cue the outrage, and people suggesting I'm mean-spirited, a jerk, and clearly don't support discussion in a forum.  Because, let's be honest, forums are only for recycling the same banter that we've already discussed, right?  Isn't that the normal rhetoric against reading manuals and using the search function?

Anyway, as mentioned in all of those threads:

PMDG has quite a development schedule already.  Even if they wanted to work on a 787, it would be a while before it hit the market.

Looks like I'll have to stick to my weather-radar-equipped PMDG A380 for a while!   laugh.png

Actually, the QualityWings 787 looks rather darn nice, so perhaps they can cover the 787 ground for us, and PMDG can get on with the most anticipated, and important forthcoming release:  the DC-6 of course.

Did you have chance to check if the Qualitywings aircrafts are ok? I mean worth it?

I do indeed think that they will, within the next 5 years or so. From what I have heard from my fellows at my Java office, they will next be making the B767-200/300 base package. After that, B787-800/900 Package. And so on and so fourth. But yes, Indeed they should make newer planes first, due to the popularity of them!

How I wish it were true. The 767-300 looks so awesome with winglets.  B)

Awesome! The daily PMDG request thread.

I'll add my vote as well for the 767.
