June 8, 201412 yr Ryan, I want uninstall FSX and reinstall it with a clean installation but out of all my addons, the NGX is the one I'm afraid of touching because of all the SPs. Is it possible to get a download of the NGX that doesn't require any SP installation? Fareed

June 8, 201411 yr Yes, buy extended download service and get the newest file. Has all the SPs up to date - but maybe you should rather wait for SP2 if you really want to have it complete. --Peter Fabian
June 9, 201411 yr Author I have the first release plus all the hotfixes and SPs in a file on my hard drive. When I open that file, it's too overwhelming to go through, that's why I asked. Fareed

June 9, 201411 yr Author Can't I just install the release version and download SP1c from the pined topic and install it? Instead of going through all the hot fixes and SPs. It's difficult to figure out the correct order because hot fixes were released in between and after SPs. Fareed

June 9, 201411 yr Commercial Member Our patches are always cumulative - all you need to do is install from your original installer and then install the SP1c update from the website. You can delete all the other files you have - they're all already contained in SP1c. Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com

I assumed if I downloaded the latest release from the PMDG website (I've just done a completely new reinstall of FSX) that it would have automatically included all the latest updates... is this not the case? I still have to install SP1c? Thanks...
