  2. I'd be willing to bet money that the next GA release from A2A is either a Bonanza or a Comanche.
  3. Go to UND (North Dakota). The best 4 years of my life were spent in Grand Forks. It is a public university, so tuition is cheap! Their in-state tuition is one of the lowest in the country. When you end up spending $50,000 for flying, that cheaper tuition really helps. Winters suck, but you get used to them. Speaking of flying... There is so much empty airspace in the area for flying. UND is constantly getting new aircraft and the airport is easy to fly out of. Take plenty of time to research, though. Shoot me a message if you have any questions!

If "FMC" is showing up, it means there is a message on the FMC for you to see. Requesting most kinds of data will result in the "FMC" message when it is uploaded. Hope that helps!
  5. Nice shots, Luke!
  6. I'll believe SP1 when I see it.
  7. Yes. Do that. You are thinking too hard on this subject. Install initial release, then SP1c.
  8. As long as there isn't a tailwind during run up, then any other position is fine. That keeps any exhaust gases and fumes from entering the cabin.
  9. Jim, I do agree with you. I think the people who are just looking for a different airplane to fly who already bought the A2A 172 will not see much appeal in the Cherokee.
  10. Circuit breakers and fuses are modeled, but they don't pop or trip, yet. A2A said after release that in future updates they were going to add more functionality to this system. Hope that helps!
  11. On the Sim-Outhouse forums, Scott mentioned the T-33 and doing test flights in one this summer. Also, he said a small, military airplane is in the works, too. I wouldn't be surprised if they did the Comanche or Bonanza for their next GA aircraft. The Comanche just makes too much sense for them to pass up.
  12. For those of you confused, angry, or upset about A2A's pricing structure, check out this link to a thread on their forums that discusses the pricing/licenses.
  13. I'm sorry, but there is nothing wrong with A2A 172 in terms of starting. Every case I've heard of people having "issues" starting the 172 was because they were flooding the engine. I have never had any problems starting the A2A 172. It probably does help that all of my real world flying was in a 172SP. The thread isn't about the 172, though. Back on topic. I Cherokee is great! Well worth the investment and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality, in depth GA aircraft. The A2A Cherokee is simply the best GA addon for FSX right now. For those of you wanting something faster, A2A does own a Piper Comanche. I see them making that for FSX in the future.
  14. That's not the A2A everyone else around here knows.
  15. I am 99% sure they will release it tomorrow. It was the same thing they did with the Mustang two years ago. Can't wait!
  16. I just want to give a huge shout out to the controllers of Vatsim that made the Light Up America event a success. I only flew one flight today during the event, but I was handled in a professional and courteous way. Socal tracon did a great job. Does anyone else have any stories or experiences that they would like to share from today's event?
