You find  that the voice  is  for  the mic  and  the sound  is  for the speakers, doesn't explain why  the only thing not working is  the t7  where as  every other aircraft works for him  as  he  has mentioned

No there isn't  a option like this for the t7

Jaap,

Go to your fsx cfg and check your sound settings. Bojote tool places this at SOUND_LOD=1. If you don't use Bojote's tool, check it all the same.

SOUND=1
SOUND_QUALITY=2
SOUND_LOD=0<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<Make sure this is set @ Zero

My complete sound settings are here

I also use Realtek sound device.

To japp  in you pmdg fmc option under  sound option have you got your speaker   set  the same  as you got in your fsx  sound option

Julian  still doesn't explain why he  gets  the sounds in the 747-8  and not  in the t7

I realise that Pete, but I believe the 777 sound is delivered  a lot differently than the 747.

If and only if he has LOD=1 it reduces the amount of sound that can play simultaneously. For example, Audio Environment does not work with the Sound LOD set incorrectly.

Of course, it could be something else :) Just thought I would add it to the mix, as nothing else has worked so far.

Have you switched between B777 liveries?

Whatever your settings for the V speed callouts are, they only refer to a single livery. As soon as you switch to another airline, you have to check the V speed callouts in the CDU again.

In other words: V speed callouts are per airline only. Every livery has, carries and stores its own callout settings.

This only applies to the V1 callout done by the 777 itself. V1, Vr and V2 callouts by the PNF are as far as I know not linked to the livery.

You've defined two different Windows sound devices (compare your own last screenshot). What happens if you set both options to the same device? (Make your 'Voice' device the same as your 'Sounds' device.)

Oliver after set set all the same, Still no Call Outs

Badfinger, very strange, i can't find file named fsx.cfg in C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X  ??

Is it possible that FSX is working without it?

pete_auau: Menu PMDG, PMDG SETUP, OPTIONS, SOUND, replacing of:

<Realtek Digital Output (Realtek High Definition Audio) into Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio)    the same as FSX Settings

PMDG Call Outs are working now!!!

I am very happy and thank you all for this annoying issue, after replacing sound setting in PMDG, is it normal that there is an annoying sound is added?

try going to C:/localdisk/users/(what ever yours is named)/AppData/roaming/FSX. For your cfg

I just Bojote's Tweaking Tool run, so FSX should now function better hope.

There is a big difference in the sound after setting Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio) in PMDG, you now want to turn the volume down because of the disturbing NOISE, it is possible here to do something about it, I found the sound just so beautiful.

Perhaps a matter of taste?
