When i turn on the camera I only get it as a pop up screen, but when i try to bring back to display on the MFD, it does not show

That is by design.   Because of the way the Camera must be implemented in FSX it cannot be imbedded in a gauge so it is a standalone pop up window for simulation purposes.

What am I doing wrong here, the "Maneuvering Camera" knocks my FPS down by 12. Very choppy Frame Rate. Any suggestions?

Ric, this is normal. The Camera works by opening up 3 new view windows, which puts a big demand on your PC. All of us experienced some sort of FPS hit while testing this.

I found the hit not so bad actually. What I found challenging was to taxi while paying attention to both camera and looking outside. It is not so easy for me as it is said.

There's some cool information about the taxi camera in the Supplement at the end of the Intro Manual (the supplement was posted by itself a few days prior to release, too).

When you open it it'll open all three, but you should be able to right click and close the ones you don't want.
