Your water looks especially good.  What software (if any) are you using to enhance it?

I'd say FS Water Configurator.

It manages the water shaders directly. It's an awesome program... and freeware!

Thanks to DX10 Scenery Fixer water is looking so good. ;)

 

Settings under Water Shader option in the Fixer:

 

Sky Reflection Max - 30%

 

Sky Reflection Min - 0%

 

Ambient Light - 75% (darker water)

 

And of course REX 4 wave animation.

Nice. What part of Germany is this?

 

First few shots are captured around EDML (Landshut), east of EDDM (Munich). The lake is in south Germany, about 180 degrees from EDDM.
