Vernon is getting better at figuring out the do's and don'ts of computing. Thanks Steve for your kind comments. We all try!

Okay, fine, no CTDs on my past 4 flights, just 2 BSODs!. The last one was on driver dxgmms.sys, Again no stutters, everything works okay and suddenly CTD or BSOD, and CPU and GPU temp is normal, never over 65°C. Maybe it's the RadeonPro?, no one reported issues before with it.

The thing is... Process Monitor is useless because the dumped file gets corrupted. I'm now downloading the WIndows SDK to analyze the BSOD, hope it helps.

Can't help you with BSOD but i'm sure jim will be along soon mate!

Is it a new computer?

It sounds like the drivers for your video card are corrupted. Go back to an earlier version. There are some bad ATI driver versions out there that have caused BSOD's in the past. Make sure you install the drivers as an Administrator (right click the install program and select "run as Admin").

WIndows SDK to analyze the BSOD

Never heard of this but good luck with the analysis! Have you ever heard of BlueScreenView? It provides a report and drivers involved in your BSOD.

Microsoft techie's developed this program and no one else has ever reported a corruption in the dumped file (I'm assuming you are looking at the log that was created).
