It would be Flight Environment Extreme - Ground Environment Extreme has nothing to do with runways 

 

By the way its called Flight Environment X

I was hoping the PrecipitFX product would address, but maybe a future update?

Yes, I have to agree with the original poster, the rain on runways effects are overdone...looks like a typhoon hit the airport : ) !!

 

Interesting that it might not just be the runway texture but maybe a shader issue also. Precipfx is great for P3D (except for the snow so far but hopefully they're still addressing that). Agree Rob that it would be amazing if they could do something about the drenched runways look!
