Hey Mik, your screen shots have made me re-install XPX.  Can you point me to a good guide on what Freeware add-ons to install to make it look as good as in your screen caps?  Thanks in advance!

Thanks a lot for all your nice comments!

The fact, that most of the software, that makes XPX look so realistic, is freeware, is one of the very convincing things about X-Plane!

On my screenshots, my videos and streams you normally see:

OSM Europe (including autogen)

HD Mesh v2

Treelines and Frams v2

Dataref Editor (for tweaking the art controls)

UrbanMAXX 3D (essential payware 7,95$)

SkyMAXX Pro v2 (payware)

MaxxFX (payware)

@flightwatch: you're totally right, I completely forgot about the landing lights, I've been too busy enjoying the beatiful look and taking screenshots. ;-)

Hi! Mik,

I would like to see your settings for MaxxFX.

Could you show us?

Mik,

Where do I find OSM Europe (including autogen)?

Thanks,

JL

Outstanding shots - one stunning capture after another!

A top class screenshot-series for sure!

WOW!

Enjoy flying and happy landings.

All your kind words are really appreciated! Thanks a ton!

Awesome!

Thanks guys!

Beautiful, if drunk you would think it's real! When this laptop fails and it's time to get a more powerful one... X-plane 10 will be the new sim for half flights!

Thanks a lot, Tushka! You are right, XPX can look so breathtakingly real! ;-)
