October 6, 201411 yr Also notice the "Complexity - Simplified" motto has been completely removed from their website, which tells me these upcoming products will be anything but simple. Corey mentioned this in the presentation at RAF Cosford, England on Saturday. They changed it to "Complexity (Not So) Simplified" for the FlightSim Show development update  The 787 is looking very impressive, and I reckon that all of you "complex procedural" types could be in for a surprise when it is finally released. October 6, 201411 yr I don't think it has been mentioned but QW are releasing statements every quarter with respect to their progress - http://qwsim.flight1.net/forums/qualitywings-status-update-3q2014_topic4011&FID=4&PR=3.html Right now I can understand why the 787 may take sometime, it is clear that the visual aspect of the aircraft is relatively complete. They have however mentioned they are developing a custom autopilot and FBW model which is a huge endeavor for a developer who has never touched it before. With the 777 it took PMDG a whole year between RTM and SP1 just to get it right so this isn't something that can be done quickly. It would be no surprise to me if we didn't see the 787 for at least a year yet because I really do not think the features they are working can be done easily. If I'm honest I am more looking forward to a bit of classic steam with the 737 series which I'd love to fly in FSX before they are finally killed off in industry. Lawrence Ashworth
October 6, 201411 yr I am inclined to agree with you. Although it is about building hype and customer interest. Trust me when I say "too much hype over a long period of time can kill any desire"! Ric Elmore
October 6, 201411 yr Don't forget that they are also working on the 737-500 series as well as updating the 757 (although not sure if the latter is getting that much attention right now). Believe it's the 737 Classic series, not just the -500. As for the 757, they released the hotfix for it recently and it appears they have no intention of touching it again. October 7, 201411 yr QW.....When it's ready I'll purchase. Their after sales service is superb. I had a problem around last Christmas after purchasing the 757 and it was attended to. I can't say enough good things about these guys. Dave
