I am also waiting for an answer for a few week now. At this point I don't believe that buying from them includes any updates on products at all.

Finally, after 3 Weeks and about 6 mails, they updated the file. Now I am downloading it at 60kb/s!

I notice that the Antarctica X has with wrong file length 4.2GB instead of 7.5GB, see link below.

And yes the file is corrupt when I try to extract on my local pc.

 

Can you please have a look on this and put correct version 1.10 as mentioned by Aerosoft recently and double check proper file length too. More info below.
