I'm honestly trying to figure out why people think this, as the support links from the PMDG site all either bring you to a support page on the main site, or offer the option for Product Support or Customer Forum. November 30, 201411 yr Easy, links are labled CUSTOMER SUPPORT FORUM or PMDG PRODUCT SUPPORT.... just overlook FORUM and focus on CUSTOMER SUPPORT and you end up here. I suppose you could re-lable the forum link CUSTOMER FORUM to cut down on the misdirects, but some would still happen. Customer support complaint: Where is my ANY key? November 30, 201411 yr He said when he is installing it, the "number of activations" has been exceeded. Not that he's lost the installation file. He doesn't need to pay the $5 fee to download the installation file he already has. He just needs to have the activations reset so he can activate the installation he already has access too.
