And who thinks a large number of FS add-on developers are going to pay for an XBOX developers kit? I don't know the exact cost but these kits are often $1,000 - $3,000 each.Then there's the whole licensing process, etc. You can't just put out an XBOX title like you can a PC-based FS product. Further, you can't just download add-ons. Apparently they can get around some of that with the Marketplace in XBOX Live but that's limited too. Plus this will also mean that everyone will need the hard drive add-on so the cost will be quite a bit higher than the initial investment.The more I think about it, the worse the idea becomes and the more set I get in my belief that it's not happening. I wouldn't be all that surprised if MS did it though. They've done some pretty silly things in the past.
