February 25, 201511 yr Hi All I have just started to get into flying X-Plane ( being a linux user & P3D is on a windows machine ) and starting to enjoy a great deal. So i'm trying to find out what is the best jetliner currently available for X-Plane ? Many thanks WT
February 25, 201511 yr All depends of what you are looking for: Commuter turboprop: jrollon j31 or carenado b1900. Regional jetliner: jrollon crj 200 Modern jetliner: ramzzess 757 and 777 Old jerliner: flyjsim 727 and 737-200 Future release: ixeg 737 ( look at the previews, this looks like a big winner)
February 25, 201511 yr Author Many thanks for the suggestions. Was mainly looking for Boeing options and had just read the review for the ixeg 737. Cheers
February 25, 201511 yr I love and can't stop flying the FlightFactor 757. It has the "required complexity" and it's all under the physics of X-Plane 10. Brilliant. I also own the JAR A320, it's ok, but it has a weird/incomplete Fly-by-wire IMO. My vote goes for the 757
February 25, 201511 yr I like the Flight Factor 777 with Pumper's VC, Flight Factor 757, and JAR A320. The FlyJsim 737-200 and 727 are also very nice. Intel i-9 13900KF @ 6.0 Ghz, MSI RTX 4090 Suprim Liquid X 24GB, MSI MAG CORELIQUID C360, MSI Z790 A-PRO WIFI, MSI MPG A1000G 1000W, G.SKILL 48Gb@76000 MHz DDR5, MSI SPATIUM M480 PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 2TB, Windows 11 Pro Ghost Spectre x64 “We sleep safe in our beds because rough men stand ready in the day and night to visit violence on those who would do us harm”.
February 25, 201511 yr Flight Factor 757- closest you'll get to what your used to in FSX. Very nice aircraft with full FMC functions. Since your new to XP10- the Carenado Beech C90 is a must have!
February 25, 201511 yr 727 from flyjsim - The thing with the old airliners is your not sitting on your arse waiting for the FMC to fly you to your destination and flying SID's and STAR's in a old airliner when you nail it its just awesome.
