Installing FSX and FSX:SE Updates

I have been to the PMDG Operations centre and have a question about updating the PMDG 777 and 737 NGX as I only did an update in March.

You didn't provide your current installed versions so this question is not an easy yes/no.  If the OC says there are upgrades available for the product, then I don't understand the question.  If the OC doesn't say upgrades are required then you are current.

Because you didn't provide the platform that you are using, then I have to give you the safest broadest response:  To upgrade version: Run OC and close it.  Remove installed version with control panel or installer. Install new version. Run OC and repair liveries.

The NGX upgrade is for both FSX/FSXSE and there is one for P3D.  Yes, it's all pretty simple nothing complicated.

I am sorry to have troubled you with this in retrospect a silly question as I have managed to work it out after seeing Robert's message and a little experimentation. I am now all installed up to date on original FSX and Steam FSX.

Thank-you for your reply.
