Final loadsheet usually contains updated weight info and is given to the pilots close to departure via acars usually. There will be other sheets with planned weights that crew can use for planning, but final loadsheet is the more accurate one.

Yeh the final one to enter before performance calculations!

I was going to ask why you didn't just ask the person you got the info from on pprune, but that thread explains it.

He  means  that why don't  you ask the  question you want  on pprune  on where you got  the original   info
