We can send 6 astronauts to live in orbit for long periods of time however the Indian Ocean can be more a hostile environment and much of it still unexplored. Quite incredible that we have mastered the defiance of gravity, radiation, and an inhospitable void, yet we barely have explored the water beneath our feet. Let me guess.... you want 64bit.
