August 25, 201510 yr Not me, new version ruined too many things so I have a whole complete save of FSX SE to go into effect the minute that new update takes effect. Any addons that were rendered useless need an update after the FSX-SE update comes out. If there were other things messed up that is a different issue. Mark CYYZ

August 25, 201510 yr Moderator Bill - is it just the changed version number that causes the problem or the actual changes? Just curious.... It is not just the version number, although that is one thing an installer must check. This allows the add-on to make the necessary offset adjustments. The actual memory addresses of the sim engine are changed between each new build however, and that is the critical issue for third-party products. It would be similar to what would happen if someone changed all of your sim's control assignments without your knowledge, so instead of lowering flaps you instead commanded full left rudder... Fr.
