Beautiful PFD and Avidyne displays. Nice work on the TCAS systems! Only a short trip so far, but I really like it. Good sounds so far. Not jumping or sensitive like some default or even add-on plays can be. Really nice. I look forward to actually learning how to operate the systems and enjoying all the features/sounds.

I have some boring, technical questions if you don't mind :) * How's the gauge movement in the VC? As smooth as in the 2D panel?* How sharp are the VC gauges? As sharp as in the 2D panel? (the official screenshots are too small for properly judging this - a close-up screenshot of the gauges in VC would be great)* Does the add-on come with some mechanism for easily switching between pilot and co-pilot seats (primarily in VC, but maybe even the 2D panel), or do you need to manually move the eyepoint? (in VC)* Can you move the eyepoint enough in every direction to "sit" in the rear passenger seats? (I don't know what limits this, but in some GA add-ons you can't move the eyepoint "back" enough to reach the rear seats)* Judging by the screenshots the exterior texture on that plane is very high resolution - does the plane come with any liveries where you have small details on the top and bottom of the fuselage? (often add-on planes allow for small details on the sides, but details on the top and bottom of the fuselage get "stretched" badly)For example in this shot you can see that the top of the fuselage is pure white:http://www.eaglesoftdg.com/sr20_mfd3.jpgIf I were to write "hi mom" between those two flat bulges on the top, would it be readable or would it be a bunch of ugly "stretchmarks" reaching from the left side to the right side? Thanks! :)

Good review of the Real aircraft in this months issue of Flying Magazine.

It was also featured in one of FS Cineplex's video reports (Day 5) from AirVenture 2005 / Oshkosh. That's what got me interested in it despite my past opinion of glass looking out-of-place in a GA aircraft ;) The Avidyne thingamajig was admittedly pretty impressive.

1. Yes2. Yes3. Yes in 2D, No in VC4. Yes5. Yes6. Don't know...didn't try to write Hi Mom on top:-)

Thanks for the reply Ron!One other thing occured to me, related to the glass:The G2 preview package mentioned that some features might change before release. Were there any changes to the Avidyne or Garmin prior to release or does it work exactly the way the documentation in "PPPP.zip" describes it?
