omg this is exactly what xplane needs. a easy traffic plugin with awesome atc. and to think this is not even an alpha and just a concept design. the final product will be amazing.

This is showing why Austin has limited AI to 20 airplanes. Using the same complex flight modeling as user aircraft, adding more AI, performance takes a huge hit based on this and his other X-Life videos, compared to his earlier ones. This is the biggest inherent design flaw with XP. AI does not need to utilize complex flight models, that eat CPU cycles!

There is already a workaround solution to this. look at world traffic. world traffic can have thousand planes or more while fps stays almost the same.

 

Im sure this guy can figure out a way to do the same exact thing. you have to understand that what he has created was just a design concept.
