ImagineSim KATL and new SODE Jetways

Featured Replies

The update has been released, but the ReadMe is very vague. I was able to successfully register the module itself and I see it in P3D in-flight menue but I don't understand where I'n supposed to put the content of the update itself. One of the folders called "Simconnect. Does it mean that I have to add the elements into simobjects.cfg manually as well.

Anyway, good straight-forward clarification would be much welcomed as well as direction to the proper support community,

Thanks

When you do get it working let us know how many FPS you lost due too it, I wanted to buy ATL but I had previous versions and the performance was rather bad.

Cheers sorry I can't help you.

Successfully installed SODE into KATL. No effects on FPS or whatsoever. However, once GSX is activated, SODE jetways are being disappeared. Seems like SODE does not have their support forum, but I would appreciate any link to it.

With lack of AES development, SODE is the only hope for us, P3D-ers. Default jetways' system is pure joke

The price is to high and its still seems its not working right even after the 1.3 "fix". it can "SOD OFF"   :Tounge:

GSX is >>>>>>>>>>>SODE, imo ofc

What version of SODE is installed?

If its v3, then it will work in KATL, but any airports you have using an older version of SODE will be broken. Theres's a few updates for Airports using v2.x to come.

v1.3. I moved to 1.3 a few weeks ago and have been migrating everything on my own... Nice the the devs are catching up. I was beginning to start to lose my hair.

My problem with SODE in KATL that once GSX is activated, SODE jetways disappear. Have no idea how to solve it

FSDT is aware of this and working on a big GSX update that will be released together with their new KMEM scenery (soon I hope). In the meantime, you will be able to use either GSX or SODE jetways, but not both
