ASN SP4.1 build 5921

Recommended Posts

Hello;

I keep hearing about this new build that people are downloading and installing in P3D that fixes the issue with the haze. My only question is: Where can I download it? And why isnt anything written about it on the Active Sky Next website. Anyone can share any light on it?

Many Thanks.

It still DOES NOT fix the haze issue if your upper visibility level <100nm. With the values greater than 100nm - yes, it's been fixed

What is upper visibility threshold (do not mix with the surface upper visibility) in ASN?

Mine is set at 81.

Mine worked too. Thank you for your help. Everything on mine is set to the lowest visibility. Works like a charm. Just, dont understand is to why ASN doesnt post an "official" update. Strange....

I think it is still an early beta, and they are waiting for feedback from the early adopters. Working fine for me and I have done  four 400 mile flights so far with it.

Would be nice if they posted the link on their download page rather than having to register and log in to a forum.

Even better - redesign ASN so it automatically downloads the update!

It already does that... .

There is no other download link or I would have - its the only place you can get it

ASN will notify about official versions but not betas. The download page with links is for officially released versions not betas. The latest betas are only available in the forum.

Ah ok thanks for the info. I'll wait for the official release then. Rarely go above 6000 feet anyway!
