Beautiful shots. Thank for posting those.  I was just thinking about Alaska this morning. Saw a volcano in the Aleutian Islands erupted again.  Happens regularly with that one volcano. Wouldn't it be great if a developer created a live event add on that similar to the various weather engines provided realism for events like volcanoes, forest fires, etc. Would be great to be able to for instance to use add on aircraft to fight forest fires, or observation aircraft to tour or observe active volcanoes.

Aerosoft Antarctica has an active volcano.....Haifa Israel has captured a forest fire in the photoscenery......some very nice action shots here!

Those "Eagle" cadets are a long way from home!

(Got a tour of her back when I was in the Cub Scouts at the USCGA - nice ship!)

What's the plane you're using, Mitch? (a Caravan, but who's?)

Lionheart's Kodiak, Greg, but not a Caravan...in a class by itself...Short Field operations...the third flap setting drops you in like a stone...:))))  Was created for Missionary work in 3rd world countries, bush operations...and tundra ops.  A great plane...by wheel or float.

If you could afford one...with the fantastic seating and or cargo capacity, short field ops..this would be the one plane you would ever have to own.  It handles commercial FL's...turbo-prop....and handles like a dream, due to its dual-purpose wing structure and design.  A great plane for your sim hangar!!!!
