Sky colors is my creation working progress. 2) Weather engire is NOAA plugin. 3) On my pc (intel i3, nvidia gtx960) i have 25-30 fps. Note: i use also reshade. You should be bale to turn up Anisotropic filtering to x16 no problem. 4790K @4.9GHz, 32GB DDR3, 1080Ti, W10-64bit
