July 1, 20169 yr Has anyone tried this package on the Lear yet? If so what do you think of it? https://fsfxpackages.com/en/Lear35Immersion/ Thanks - Martin
July 1, 20169 yr Yes, it's very nice ... I'm waiting for there Q400 Immersion also ... but I think the developer has been working on Xplane projects right now. Cheers, Rob.
July 1, 20169 yr Would be nice if they created a global solution for lights like A2A kind of did Rich Sennett
July 11, 20169 yr Yes, it's very nice ... I'm waiting for there Q400 Immersion also ... but I think the developer has been working on Xplane projects right now. Cheers, Rob. Thanks for the video! Loving this plane with the GTN750 and Milviz WX Radar, so now tempted to pick up the Immersion package. Curious, you were around the 25fps area opposed to your usual 30 lock in videos; is this due to the package or something else? When I fly the 35A now with both 750/WX, even in weather and ORBX regions, it's super easy on frame rates. Might have been your weather settings or something, but want to make sure it's not this package. Otherwise, I look forward to picking it up. Thanks again! July 11, 20169 yr Curious, you were around the 25fps area opposed to your usual 30 lock in videos; is this due to the package or something else? I think it was a combination of ASN/fog and the 3D lights (3D lights can be very hard on FPS when combined with fog - low visibility). Cheers, Rob.
July 11, 20169 yr The immersion package has a negligible (if any) effect on my fps/smoothness. I'm still testing. <p>Dassault Falcon, Lear, Embraer and Challenger and Cessna Mechanic.Broadcasting live from former Soviet Missile Silo.Rhys Legge
July 11, 20169 yr Hi Rob Is the WX Radar now fully integrated with Flysimware Learjet 35? I thought there were only 3 Milviz planes in this happy position? xxd09
July 11, 20169 yr Is the WX Radar now fully integrated with Flysimware Learjet 35? Yes fully integrated and working well ... hopefully we'll see more and more in the future. Cheers, Rob.
July 12, 20169 yr Hi Rob How did you integrate the Radar into the cockpit display.? I can generate the Radar display but it is a separate pane which floats about unlike the Milviz planes where the Radar pane went straight into the cockpit display and stayed there! xxd09
July 12, 20169 yr How did you integrate the Radar into the cockpit display.? I didn't need to do anything, the latest version from Flysimware learjet35 has it all setup for the WX Radar. Cheers, Rob.
July 12, 20169 yr Back to the immersion package, it's not as prominent as in the airliners with wing and engine vortices and stuff, but still a great addition. Mainly effects in wet/ low visibility and night environments are enhanced. I think if you fly the Lear much, it's totally worth it. Regards. Matthias Hanel MilViz Beta Team
July 14, 20169 yr Hi Rob Thanks for that Milviz WX Radar is not an option in the Learjet Radar update. 3 other radars available so I would need to chose one of them xxd09

July 15, 20169 yr Hi Rob Thanks for the reply I was unaware that Flysimware had enabled WX Radar in their latest version of the Learjet 35 Installing the Radar did not work -it did not go into the Panel display. I thought that I had the latest Learjet version too. As you say it is now a functional Addon-they kept quiet about that! I downloaded the latest available version of the Learjet from my orders (at simMarket as it happens) and lo and behold all planes in P3D and FSX now have a functioning Radar! A couple of points Unless you order from the manufacturers website it is easy to be out of the loop re Updates-I was getting notified of Updates but obviously slower than if I had ordered direct from manufacturer Also Milviz WX Radar is not as far as I know telling its customers of the list ofmanufacturers that are adding this Radar to their planes-are their any more that you know of? Thanks again for your forebarance and help xxd09
