Jim,Do you know if ASv6 has been tested on Windows x64 and .Net 2.0 (specificly) and found to work as it should, just like on a Windows XP, .Net 1.1 machine? Thanks!

Is AS also require registration code tied to machines?I am getting really tired of that.I have 3 PC and 3 Laptops that I switch around... I have widefs running on most of them.

>I am waiting however to see all the anti- .NET posts since the>new version requires .NET 1.1 or higher."You will going to see some, no doubt about it. I don't consider them rational people however."That reply shows great... rationale. Sheesh!!!Greg

Hi All,In every piece of literature concerning ASV6 we make it clear that .NET is required. We will NOT automatically install .NET on your machine. The Development team and the Private Beta team have found NO issues with .NET 1.1 or 2.0. Our machines all work as before. No, there will not be a version where .NET is not required!Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Sales and Supporthttp://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_dev_team.jpg http://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_proud_supporter.jpg
