When we will be able to download the update? Anybody knows the release date?

How will this affect people that use FE for clouds?

You should be able to disable AS textures if you want to... :)

It won't affect FE as both add-on simply copy out and overwrite the textures. So, if you run FE, it will overwrite the existing textures and you'll be "on" FE. Vice versa, if you update the AS6 textures it'll overwrite the FE textures. It'll be certainly interesting, because the AS6 graphics add-on sure does look good. I will probably use them and FE only for water textures. We shall see ;-)Pat

ASV was out for how long and they're already releasing a new one? great I get to pay 30 more bucks when I thought I was smart for holding out for ASV in the first place...unless the upgrade is like $10, why a whole new version now?

ActiveSky V6 is free if you own ASV. as in, FREE.

As already stated above in the second post I believe; Your (and my) update will be free from V to VI.

Cool. I get a free upgrade to RC4 and now ASVI :)

Free... That's great!I am waiting however to see all the anti- .NET posts since the new version requires .NET 1.1 or higher.I use .NET with no problems, but it will be interesting to see if there is much of an up-roar as there was when BEV was released.I told all you .NET haters that most newer programs would be using it!Scott :-jumpy :-jumpy :-jumpy
