But hey, to each it's own. :)Marco "Society has become so fake that the truth actually bothers people".

March 1, 200620 yr Somwhow the complete lack of mention of the FMC in both the videos and the available manuals doesn't give me a warm feeling. Or, did I just miss it? March 1, 200620 yr There is an FMC Users Guide in the pocket, though - see 'Some Nice Touches II'.Boogie.
March 1, 200620 yr I don't think I have ever seen so many animations in one aircraft before. I have never really been a captain sim fan, but they really have stepped it up. Performance is going to tell alot.
March 1, 200620 yr Just a simple test, a dawn take-off at KSEA with real weather should tell alot.http://www.graphics-free.com/animations/tr...ges/plane_6.gifAlex ChristoffN562ZBaltimore, MD PowerSpec G426 PC running Windows 11 Pro 64-bit OS, Intel Core i7 11700K @ 3.60GHz 30 °C, 4089MB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 , ASUS TUF Z590-Plus Gaming motherboard, Samsung 870 EVO 2TB SSD, Samsung 750 EVO 500GB SSD, Acer Predator X34 34" curved monitor (external view), RealSim Gear G-1000 avionics suite, RealSim Gear GNS 450, Slavix Stay Level Custom Metal Panel, Honeycomb Alpha Yoke, Redbird Alloy THI, Saitek Combat Rudder Pedals.

The eye candy is terrific and those that prize it above all else should be very happy. And I respect their preferences. I'm not sure if CS figured out how to add all that eye candy detail and still provide a flyable airplane relative to FPS. The gauge refresh rate (for me) is unacceptable as they "step changed" in the demos. Wonder what happens when clouds are in the sky?Just one potential customer's preference, but I prefer smooth gauges, and high fidelity systems (including FMC) over eye candy. If they have accomplished both, I'll be in line too buy. But, that is one tall challenge. Bob... :) Bob Prince
