May 12, 200620 yr a QUALITY payware/freeware low wing GA a/c that can do up to 180 knots. Must have a good VC.Any ideas? Thanks Barry
May 12, 200620 yr Barry,My personal favourite is the Dreamfleet A36It just about meets your requirement with a max speed of 184 knots. The package is superb value for money. Probably the best payware purchase I have ever made.It even comes with Reality XP GPS, Weather Radar, Sandel EHSI (coyote) and flightline T gauges!I don't have it, but the Dreamfleet Baron twin is just as good as well apparentlyGlenn Glenn Ryzen 3700X, X570 Pro Wifi, 32GB 3600mhz RAM, Nvidia Titan Xp "Galactic Empire", RM750x PSU, H700 case, 2x NVMe M2 SSD, 1x SATA SSD
May 12, 200620 yr Dreamfleet A36ORDreamfleet Baron (one of my personal favorites)Both are excellent products and I really enjoy both. Ark -------------------------- I9 9900K @ 5ghz / 32GB G.Skill (Samsung B) / Aorus Master Mobo / EVGA GTX 2080Ti FTW 3
May 12, 200620 yr Try the Eaglesoft Development Group's Cirrus SR22 G2 GTS!!http://www.eaglesoftdg.comGreat VC (including the Avidyne Entegra glass-cockpit)and very good framerates! The visual model is outstanding as well!Even better if you add-in the Reality-XP dual Garmin 430's and S-TEC autopilot gauges. With 310hp and its low-wing composite design, it'll do 180kts with no problem! I know this for a fact because I own a REAL Cirrus SR22 G2 GTS!Alex
May 12, 200620 yr "Even better if you add-in the Reality-XP dual Garmin 430's and S-TEC autopilot gauges."Alex, thanks for posting about our Cirrus SR22 GTS! Eaglesoft Cirrus SR22 GTS certainly does meet the original posters criteria!:-) Please note that Eaglesoft Cirrus STEC 55X autopilot is integrated into our Avidyne Entegra Avionics package. There has been no testing, and Eaglesoft does not support or promote user integration of any third party vendors autopilot.;-)
May 12, 200620 yr Milton Shupe Beech 18 is a good choice.Or the Howard 500. http://flightsimonline.com/ Lot's of room, too.Thomas[a href=http://www.flyingscool.com/FC_StartJava.html] http://www.flyingscool.com/images/Signature.jpg [/a]I like using VC's :-) Tom Perry
May 12, 200620 yr yep, Baron or A36 from Dreamfleet. none better. Give the B200 from aeroworx a look as well
May 13, 200620 yr Don't think you can go wrong with Eaglesoft's Cirrus Barry. The Cirrus (I believe) has been the number one GA seller for a few years in the real world. And it's a beautiful aircraft to look at.-John
May 13, 200620 yr Hi Barry,it was just asked similarly not long ago:http://forums.avsim.net/dcboard.php?az=sho...ing_type=searchThis one some more before:http://forums.avsim.net/dcboard.php?az=sho...ing_type=searchHope this helps!
May 13, 200620 yr >a QUALITY payware/freeware low wing GA a/c that can do up to>180 knots. Must have a good VC.>>Any ideas?>Thanks >>BarryHi Barry,Seems this question comes up from time to time re: Eaglesoft Cirrus Series or the DF Series...The truth of the matter is that Eaglesoft and DF both offer quality aircraft with loads of features. Eaglesoft and DF both offer 30 day refunds if disatisfied. At the end of the day, it all comes down to your personal preference, modern glass Avidyne Entegra avionics and composite aircraft, or traditional avionics?:-)
May 13, 200620 yr Doh! I forgot about Eaglsoft. I don't any of their Cirrus series, hence my forgetfullness, but I have always been highly impressed with their products I do own. I'd imagine you certainly couldn't go wrong with anything from them either. The Cessna 337 from FSD is also a very nice aircraft. May 13, 200620 yr J,You may want to reread this from an owner of a real Cirrus SR22 GTS;-) "With 310hp and its low-wing composite design, it'll do 180kts with no problem! I know this for a fact because I own a REAL Cirrus SR22 G2 GTS!"Alex
