Hi to every body, some one knows what is the solution about crossing the poles in both Flight Simulators (8.0 & 9.0) that begins at 85

Welcome to the forum(s). There is no solution to this problem. You cannot fly over the poles with any version of MSFS.Doug

Currently you can't fly over the poles. In an earlier version you could and flew around the world twice by doing so, once flying N the other flying S over the poles. First time I tried to do it navigating by compass. Was flying North, and north, and north until I ran out of fuel. Finally realized, that I'd been flying in a circle, trying to keep the compass pointed N... :-)

of course in the real world the earth isn't a perfect sphere either.The dimensions are pretty similar except there's no black hole at the poles :)
